As you may be able to tell by now I am a huge fan of strong, potent, hit you smack dab in the taste-buds flavors, see sage obsession in Cornbread Sage Dressing blog for further reference.
This is one of the reasons I love Onion Soup Burgers. They are just jam packed with flavor. Now the Ninja part of the title comes from the fact that I am supper lazy and live in the south where it is still supper hot. So instead of grilling these bad boys outside on the grill, like a good little southern, I use my Ninja Grill (best invention EVER) to grill my burgers inside, in the AC. No heat stroke, no mosquitoes, still get a yummy yummy burger… I call that a win-win-win!

Onion Soup Burgers are very simple to make. All the ingredients you need are ground beef, Worcestershire sauce and dried onion soup mix. Like I said before I really like my flavors to punch me, so I use 1 package of onion soup mix to every pound of meat. The picture below is 6 pounds of meat, so that is 6 packages (3 boxes) of onion soup mix. I you want it less oniony, just cut down the number of packages used.

Combine the meat, onion soup mix and 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. I tend to do this with my hands, as it is the best way to make sure all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Make a ball that fits into your hands when cupped together. Flatten the ball. Make it nice and thin, as it will plump up in the grill. Thinner then the picture below, was you will see just how plump they get when they cook.

Preheat your Ninja on the Grill setting. I like my burgers well done, so I cook mine of 500 degrees.

One the Ninja Grill is preheated add your burgers and set the timer for 25 minutes.
After 10 minutes flip the burgers. Cook for an additional 8-15 minutes. As I like mine well done I cook it for an additional 10 minutes.

The outside will be nice a crispy and the inside will be nice and juicy.
Dress your burger how you choose.

I like mine like Jimmy B does, with a few additions.
I like mine with lettuce and tomatoes, Hines 57 and French Onion Dip..A few Koser Pickles and a bit of sweet mustard….ok… well most of that works in the song anyways…oh and potato chips… gotta have a nice crunch to my burger

Uhmmmmm, love me a massive burger in paradise…. no cheese please.

Here Julye’s Keto burger, with homemade Ranch Jicama Chips (see French Fry blog coming soon, for recipe).
