A mother, wife, baker, chef, and all around nerd from the deep south, who’s life mission is to make sure everyone knows how to successfully tackle any “Southern Staple”
She has had many influences in her life that had an profound affect on her cooking style. She learned how to cook many traditional southern dishes from her mother and grandmothers. Persian dishes were brought into her life over 20 years ago through her husband. Her lover for baking and British cooking shows added new ingredients and spices she never thought she would use.
Every time she learned something new, she was never able to leave her deep south roots behind, which is how Southern Fried Fusions was born.
